Online Conferencing allows us to use the power of the internet to deliver interactive presentations, demonstrate applications and provide support to our wide range of customers.  There's no software to install and no hardware to purchase.  All that is required is a telephone and a computer with an internet connection.

Sales Demonstrations

If you have a number of employees based at multiple locations, and can not easily find a day when you can all be in the same place at the same time, then we will be happy to provide a sales demonstration via Online Conferencing.  Each participant will see the same presentation at the same time, and can join in with the discussions.  Copies of the presentations can be emailed to participants at the end of the meeting for you to review at your leisure.

Training

Online Conferencing is ideal for user training sessions, as well as refresher courses and demonstrating new functionality.  This allows users at multiple sites to all attend the same training session without taking up most of the day in travelling to training sites.  Control of the applications being demonstrated can be passed to any participant for a live hands-on experience.

Technical Support

The days of having to wait for a technician to come on site to diagnose a problem are long gone.  With Online Conferencing our technicians can view your application and in most situations resolve the problem immediately, without even leaving their chair.  If not, they can find out all the information they need to fix the problem and hence greatly reduce turnaround times.
