What our clients say...

"The introduction of the E-SAFE 100 Snagging Module has significantly reduced the amount of admin time our key staff were previously forced to spend typing and documenting the snagging inspections. It's easy to use and provides excellent stats."

Cash-Score Ltd preparing to deliver fast cash

Release date: 31/01/2008

Introduction of new hand held software will speed up ATM service to retailers

E-SAFE 100 on the Canberra mobile deviceCash-Score Ltd, the expert in providing ‘hole in the wall’ and ‘hole in the glass’ cash machines to retailers and other small business owners, is to equip all its field-based Sales Consultants with handheld PDAs. This will result in a much speedier process to install a cash machine in a selected location because of the dramatic reduction in paperwork and time taken to gather and submit a proposed site.

An external 24 hour cash machine is seen as one of the biggest footfall drivers for small businesses, as well as providing much needed revenue through transaction fees of between £5000 and £15,000 per annum. However, retailers will be all too familiar with the delay caused by the paper chase involved in the survey and sign-off process.

Cash-Score will be unique in helping to drastically speed up the survey and installation process by transferring all paper based forms into electronic format by using a new inspection and auditing software called E-SAFE 100.

Now, through the use of Knowledge Online’s E-SAFE 100 software, all forms are filled out on site via the PDA and the forms can be submitted there and then for immediate analysis by the Directors responsible for making decisions on a yes/no answer for the retailer. In practice, a retailer could now be approved for an ATM installation on the same day as the initial survey.
