Brian Pettifer
Chairman
Brian is a serial entrepreneur, with a successful track record in property, construction, consultancy and technology. He has built the Pettifer Group (parent company to KOL) into a highly successful and profitable group of businesses that today turn over in excess of £80m.
Andy McDonald
Managing Director
Andy has a wealth of experience in marketing and sales in the technology sector and a proven track record in steering products to market. One of Andy’s biggest sucesses was as UK Managing Director of Moneybox – taking the stand alone ATM business from loss making in 2001 to a business that was floated and then sold for £87m in 2005.
Charles Pettifer
Director
Charles comes from a strong property and consultancy background. He previously worked (pre buyout) for Chelsfield Plc, one of the largest property and co-location companies in the UK, and prior to that for global consultancy GVA Grimley.
Charles is a main board Director of the Pettifer Group (parent company to KOL).
Delwin Groves
Finance Director
Delwin is an experienced chartered accountant by profession, who previously worked for Coopers & Lybrand advising blue chip clients on the planning, strategy and delivery of complex projects, both in the UK and overseas.
Delwin is also Finance Director of Pettifer Group, KOL’s parent company, where in addition to his strategic finance role, also overseas the development of information systems and technology.
Emeritus Professor Malcolm McDonald
Non-Executive Director
Malcolm, until recently, Professor of Marketing and Deputy Director Cranfield School of Management with special responsibility for e–business, is a graduate in English Language and Literature from Oxford University, in business studies from Bradford University Management Centre, and has a PhD from Cranfield University. He also has an honorary Doctorate from Bradford University. He has extensive industrial experience, including a number of years as Marketing Director of Canada Dry.
Malcolm is Chairman of six companies and spends much of his time working with the operating boards of the world’s biggest multi–national companies, such as IBM, Xerox, BP and the like, in most countries in the world, including Japan, USA, Europe, South America, ASEAN and Australasia.
He has written 40 books, including the best seller "Marketing Plans; how to prepare them; how to use them" and many of his papers have been published.
His current interests centre around the use of information technology in advanced marketing processes and global best practice key account management.
